GoList is a travel-planning app that turns links you save into places on a map. It is operated by Erin Ford (Australia) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using GoList you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use GoList. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes your content.

Your content

You own what you create in GoList: your lists, notes, photos, and saved places. You give us the licence needed to host and display that content so the product works, including showing lists you choose to share to the people you share them with. Only share links and content you have the right to share, and don't post anything unlawful, hateful, or infringing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or abuse the service (including attempts to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer it).

Social platform content

Posts you save from TikTok or Instagram remain the property of their creators and those platforms. GoList stores the link and public metadata (caption, author, thumbnail), never the video, and displays posts through the platforms' official embeds. Using GoList doesn't give you any rights to that content.

AI suggestions

GoList uses AI to guess which places a post mentions and match them on the map. These are suggestions, not facts. Places can be mismatched, closed, or moved. Always double-check before you travel. You can edit or remove any matched place.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription ("GoList Pro"). Prices are shown before you buy; payment is handled by Apple and renews automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings. You can restore previous purchases in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Service and liability

GoList is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of GoList. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as GoList evolves; material changes will be noted here and in the app, and continuing to use GoList after they take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
